Winning with the whole team

Recently, the entire Gelders team spent a day at Appeltern Gardens, where we focused on strengthening our team. We played an engaging game full of challenging activities that had been especially designed for Gelders. The result? Extremely fanatical colleagues who went all out to achieve top performances for their team.

What did we learn?

Mostly things that are pretty obvious, but that we just need to be reminded of from time to time. The fact that many misunderstandings arise from communication errors, that hidden talents reveal themselves when given the chance and that putting ourselves in each other’s shoes is actually fun… But most important of all was the humour and fun we had together – essential for the Gelders family!
